- Added Encryption support!

- Removed old UPnP code
- Removed UPnP in options since libtorrent doesn't allow to disable it. Thus, UPnP is always enabled
- Made options window a bit larger
- Added Arnaud Demaiziere to developpers list
- Updated TODO & Changelog
