Improve .torrent associate handling

Browse Source 
* Use correct pointer type in NSIS scripts
* Only remove qbt specific registry keys when uninstalling or disassociating
* Set .torrent Content Type when associating .torrent format
* Move ".torrent association" functions to Utils::OS class
