dbfd6a2368 WebUI: enforce coding style 
Actually, not all of them but some that can be enforced by eslint.
The changes are made by eslint with minor manual tweaking.

ed03456999 Update WebUI to be more compliant with HTML5 standard 
Use modern and shorter "charset" attribute.
Remove "type", "charset" attributes in script/style tags, these are redundant in HTML5.
