3a6a857371 Let windows handle all widgets scaling. 
Declare ourselves as a Non DPI–aware app.
Tested with Qt 5.6.

5620fd120e Let OS handle DPI scaling for now. Should let Qt do the work when it's more mature. 
Opt-in to the high DPI pixmap support
Closes #2963.

ff9a281b72 Change project directory structure. 
Change project directory structure according to application structure.
Change 'nox' configuration option to something more meaningful 'nogui'.
Rename 'Icons' folder to 'icons' (similar to other folders).
Partially add 'nowebui' option support.
Remove QConf project file.
