2d81ffb001 Optimize PNG - line edit images 
Reduced PNG sizes using PNGGauntlet for Windows (3 passes)

For clear_left.png, Beyond Compare shows important difference when
compared with original. However, the optimized file itself works fine.

ff9a281b72 Change project directory structure. 
Change project directory structure according to application structure.
Change 'nox' configuration option to something more meaningful 'nogui'.
Rename 'Icons' folder to 'icons' (similar to other folders).
Partially add 'nowebui' option support.
Remove QConf project file.
