72cbc83569 WebUI: prefer arrow functions whenever applicable 
Compared to plain function, arrow function is simpler to understand (without bindings to `this`, `arguments`, `super`) and to read.
Now, plain function will only be used when this object is required.

368fbd9e7d Fix encoding of special characters 
Special characters would get html encoded (& -> &amp;). This has been tested against several payloads (e.g. <script>alert(0)</script>) to ensure it's not vulnerable to XSS.

ed03456999 Update WebUI to be more compliant with HTML5 standard 
Use modern and shorter "charset" attribute.
Remove "type", "charset" attributes in script/style tags, these are redundant in HTML5.
