60f0447603 Indicate to the user that he's going to download the new version. 
Indicate from the installer that the old version was detected and no settings will be deleted.
Closes #4320.

ff9a281b72 Change project directory structure. 
Change project directory structure according to application structure.
Change 'nox' configuration option to something more meaningful 'nogui'.
Rename 'Icons' folder to 'icons' (similar to other folders).
Partially add 'nowebui' option support.
Remove QConf project file.
