Amir 2dccccb584 Updated normal maps for JavaScript, TypeScript ...

Now, TypeScript uses the JavaScript maps. Also, changed the maps for
following (to make it more standard):

* `<Ctrl+T>` => `console.log()`
* `<Ctrl+A>` => `alert()`
